Shipping Info

In Romania

The delivery of the products is FREE for orders of at least 300 RON (including VAT), in the cities with Fan Courier offices.

For orders less than 300 RON (VAT included), a shipping and packaging cost of 19.99 RON (VAT included) will be charged.

For products in stock:

• orders received until 12:00 (noon) will be shipped the same day.

• the other orders will be shipped the next day

The delivery time will thus depend on the time of day when the order is received and the performance of the courier. Normally orders are delivered within 24 hours to the customer.

For products that are NOT in stock:

• The delivery time is displayed next to each product. After we receive your order, these products will be ordered from the supplier. We will notify you as soon as we receive them.

Delivery is made by:

• FAN Courier - orders that can be safely packed in cardboard boxes.

• PALLEX - larger or fragile orders that after packaging must be placed and secured on the pallet.

• Pick up from our headquarters L-V 9-17 with a telephone in advance. (Protective mask is mandatory.)

• Transport by an employee Adrian Sistem for special orders in Bucharest and Ilfov for a fee. This cost will be determined later.

Outside Romania

Parcels can be delivered on request via FAN Curier International or DHL.

Transport of fragile products or larger orders will be made on pallets. The price quotation of the transport in pallet mode will be made after the order confirmation by e-mail.
