We are dedicated to offering reliable products and services to our clients and this is the reason we accept returns and refunds in certain situations.
In case you receive a product that is damaged, please send us an email or call us and we will try to look into your issue. We offer free exchanges for the damaged products (as long as we are getting the product back in the same condition it was received by the customer). We will provide instructions to send the product back to us and we will inform you in case we find your request genuine and legit. We do not accept used products. Once you use the product, we will not offer returns. It also must be in the original packaging.
In case we find your request genuine and legit, we will inform you and send the products which replace those damaged. In certain cases, we also offer refunds (in case it is not possible for us to change the products).
The buyer is entitled to return a product or to relinquish a service, within .... Calendar days, without invoking any reason whatsoever and without incurring costs other than those relating to delivery.
Thus, according to o.U.G. No 34/2014, the period of return of product or discard service expires within ... Days of :
- The day that the buyer becomes aware of the last product – if buyer order through a single order multiple products that will be shipped separately;
- The day that the buyer becomes aware of the last lot or last part – if the product consists of several lots or pieces.
The seller will refund within .... Calendar days from the date of its information to the buyer of the decision of return of the product/service disclaimer. the amount will be refunded as follows :
- For orders paid online with card –refund in the account from which the payment was made;
- For orders paid with op/refund/itransfer/credit card – by bank transfer;
- For orders paid by consumer credit –cancel/recalculate contract rates.
The seller will be able to postpone repayment until the receipt of the products or back up to the receipt of evidence that products were sent, in case the seller has not been offered to recover the products himself.
If a product and/or service ordered by the buyer cannot be delivered by the seller, the latter will inform the buyer to this effect and will return the buyer's account the equivalent amount of the product and/or service, within a maximum of .... Days from the date on which the seller acknowledges this fact, or from the date on which the buyer has expressly expressed the intention of cancelling the contract.
Are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the contract as follows :
- Services contract, after full provision of the services;
- The supply of products and/or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the seller cannot control and which may take place during the period of withdrawal;
- The supply of products made after specifications submitted by the buyer or clearly personalised;
- The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Supply of sealed goods that can not return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the buyer;
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
- Contracts in which the buyer specifically request the seller to come to his home in order to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance;
- The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or software computer which were unsealed after delivery;
The period of return provided by O.G. No.34/2014 shall not apply to the commercial transactions concluded by adrian sistem with professionals, in these cases we apply the commercial terms negotiated through contracts signed with them. Under the law, the term "Professional" is the individual or legal person, public or private, acting in his commercial, industrial, production, artisanal or professional in order to operate a businesses.
